Happy the Pudel was a nice German dog until his owner decided to start entering him in beauty contests. The last straw was when he was dyed blue. After defecting from his hometown of Hundburg, he found a place around the corner from here. He has only recently agreed to having the strip run in color. He says he has learned in the USA that there is no such thing as bad publicity and he doesn't care who knows what color he is.
